CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days, counting from the day you or a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) receives the last item in the order.

Due to our fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. This means we cannot cancel the delivery process once it has started. Therefore, refunds are not possible after the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (info@stiligt-stockholm.com) with a clear message (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The right of withdrawal is considered exercised when we have received the returned goods. Return costs are paid by the customer.
